Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF)
The Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF) is a coalition of high-tech employers that impacts the evolution of global benefits.
Through domestic and/or international membership, companies systematically benchmark and share best practices to manage employee benefits and create leading edge innovations in total rewards.
We partner with stakeholders to develop and improve the global market while supporting the culture, philosophy, and benefits strategy of our member companies
The Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF) was founded in 1994 as a means by which Silicon Valley-based employers could pool their collective intelligence regarding corporate benefits.
Today, SVEF is organized as a 501c6 Trade Association that addresses benefits for internationally-based members, as well as for those working here in the US.
Our members are employers in the high-tech sector, many of whom (but not all) maintain a headquarters or presence in the Silicon Valley region of Northern California.
The Silicon Valley Employers Forums (SVEF/SVEIF) collaborate on projects that support sharing of best practices and benchmarking. Our focus is the optimization, management and provision of benefits to employees and family members.
