The Silicon Valley Employers Forums (SVEF/SVEIF) collaborate on projects that support sharing of best practices, benchmarking, and that optimize the management and provision of benefits to employees and family members.
Proprietary Benchmarking and Surveys
- SVEF Domestic Benchmarking Survey compares a broad range of categories such as health care, income protection, capital accumulation, time off across all member companies.
- SVEF Open Enrollment Survey compares member enrollment changes across all member companies.
- SVEIF Data Repository and Statutory/Legislative databases track and support company activities in regions around the globe.
- Monthly ad-hoc surveys are member-driven and topic specific
Other Activities
SVEF members work together on health plan specific “user groups” that support collective understanding of health plan activities, leverage employers' voices for proactive change, and identify areas for improvement for health plan/employer collaboration.
Board meetings and other symposiums showcase presentations by subject matter experts, discussion panels, vendor programs, and other valuable opportunities to stay abreast of cutting edge practices related to provision and management of employee benefits.
Ad hoc meetings and discussions are in direct response to member inquiry for information sharing about wellness and health management, retirement planning, benefit design, ROI evaluations, etc.
